Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
1.2 Single Account
Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.
1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at registration — name, address, phone number, date of birth — must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. If any of your details change, notify our support team immediately.
2 Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Please follow the rules below:
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
- Never share your login details with any third party.
- Always log out after using a public computer or open Wi-Fi.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it immediately via our 24/7 live chat.
- All activity carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
9bbb currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). No other methods are accepted.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Deposit Terms
- The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your name.
- Using third-party accounts or payment methods is prohibited.
- For bank transfers, please correctly include the transaction reference number.
3.4 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing that bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
- Multiple members of the same household may use a bonus offer only once.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 9bbb reserves the right to review the account.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
- Bonus terms and conditions may change; the specific terms of each offer apply.
5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
9bbb is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to intrude into or hack the system or software.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Colluding with other users to gain a betting advantage.
- Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Using a fake identity or false information.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and possible legal action.
6 VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits
9bbb's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancing to a higher VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change and 9bbb reserves the right to modify the program's terms without notice.
7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
9bbb gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial hardship.

- If you request Self-Exclusion, your account will be closed for a specified period or permanently.
